MCBs or Miniature Circuit Breakers are electromechanical devices which protect an electrical circuit from an overcurrent. The overcurrent, in an electrical circuit, may result from short circuit, overload or faulty design. An MCB is a better alternative to a Fuse since it does not require replacement once an overload is detected. Unlike fuse, an MCB can be easily reset and thus offers improved operational safety and greater convenience without incurring large operating cost.
Normally MCB Offer ampers: 1,2,3,4,6,10,16,20,25,32,40,50,63A with each pole 18mm width ( 80,100,125A type little bigger size)

WHAT IS Residual Current Circuit Breaker RCCB/RCD ?
A Residual CurrentCircuit Breaker (RCCB) is essentially a current sensing device used to protect a low voltage circuit in case of a fault. It contains a switch device that switches off whenever a fault occurs in the connected circuit.
RCCB is particularly useful in situations where there is a sudden earth fault occurring in the circuit. e.g. A person accidentally comes in contact with an open live wire in the circuit.
Rated residual operating current : IΔn(mA):10, 30, 100, 300, 500mA
Offer poles: 2,4pole
Offer types: Type AC Type A (DC impulse protection)
Offer certification: CE,SAA,SEMKO,KEMA
IEC 61008-1
WHAT IS Residual Current Circuit Breaker RCBO ?
An RCBO (Residual Current Device with Built in Over Current protection) put simply this is a combined RCD and MCB protective device.
This protective device with cut the power to the connected circuits if it detects either too much power being used or a loss of power between the live and neutral cables.
Offer tripping Curve (most frequently used): B curve (3~5)In ,suitable in Pure resistive or low sensitive lighting load C curve (5~10)In, suitable in Inductive load or high sensitive light load D curve (10~20)In, suitable in high sensitive load or main powerdistribution
Offer breaking capacity: 3kA 6kA 10kA (Simply say it is the max current MCB can cut off the power when short circuit ,MCB has the bigger breaking capacity are better. )
Offer types: Type AC Type A (DC impulse protection)
Offer certification: CE,SAA,SEMKO,KEMA
IEC 61009-1
WHAT IS molded case circuit breaker MCCB ?
A molded case circuit breaker, abbreviated MCCB, is a type of electrical protection device that can be used for a wide range of voltages, and frequencies of both 50 Hz and 60 Hz. The main distinctions between molded-case and miniature circuit breaker are that the MCCB can have current ratings of up to 2,500 amperes, and its trip settings are normally adjustable. An additional difference is that MCCBs tend to be much larger than MCBs.
